We are currently recruiting a Junior Account Executive to join our team. Based in the heart of Belfast, we are offering you the chance to join our exceptional agency, working with amazing clients across a number of different sectors.
Working alongside our dynamic team and directly to our PR and Marketing Account Managers, your role will be to ensure the smooth running of our clients’ accounts. You will have the opportunity to train with our PR and marketing teams to learn how to provide the very best service to our clients.
An excellent writer and an organised approach are a must, as you will be responsible for monitoring the news daily, managing coverage logs, contributing to reports, and ensuring accounts are kept up to date with all relevant and key information from our team.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and delivery of effective PR and marketing campaigns across print, website, email, social and advertising
- Writing and proof-reading press releases, news stories, articles, case studies and other copy
- Assisting in the production and update of marketing materials including email marketing, online advertising, presentations, leaflets/print and merchandise
- Liaising with journalists, publishers and influencers
- Monitor clients’ social media accounts including X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Drafting social media content plans including creating graphics and editing videos
- Updating client websites with relevant product/company information
- Ensuring effective distribution of all marketing materials
- Event management support including liaising with suppliers, media and attendees and event attendance (may occur outside normal working hours)
- Ensuring the implementation and management of brand guidelines
- Creation of visual content including infographics, adverts and invitations
- Assist the wider team in brainstorming fresh ideas for PR campaigns
- Overall support to the wider PR team
Please note, this list is not exhaustive and other tasks not included above, may be required of the successful candidate.
You will come with:
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a reputable university or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel with excellent grammar and attention to the detail
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and content management systems (CMS) is beneficial but not essential
Desirable:
- One to two years’ marketing and PR experience
- Experience of writing press releases, blog posts and web copy
- Experience in digital marketing and social media
- Ability to project manage and prioritise under pressure
- Experience in Canva or similar programmes
- Member of Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR)
