BALLYMONEY based EMA Building and Civils Ltd has joined the 2023 list of Armoy Road Races race sponsors with its sponsorship of the popular Supertwin race.
Taking place on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th July 2023, Armoy Road Races is once again expected to welcome a large crowd of local and visiting fans as they enjoy a busy programme of twelve races.
As in 2021, the 2022 Supertwin race was another photo finish with fractions of a second splitting Kawasaki riders Jamie Coward, Michael Sweeney and Paul Jordan, with Paul setting a new lap record of 99.249mph, but it was the top privateer at this year’s Isle of Man TT event, Jamie Coward who took the top step of the podium with the win in what continues to be a hotly contested class every year.
EMA Building and Civils Ltd, based in Ballymoney, constructs large housing developments and one-off houses, with their Civils division concentrating on large scale earthworks, sewage and drainage. Eamonn McAlister, director of EMA Building and Civils Ltd said, “We are pleased to be involved with the Armoy Road Races as sponsor of the Supertwin race.
